I work one on one, Table massage, The approach to every session is to understand and meet you and your body where you are at in the present moment . I then address the current situation with the tools and techniques I have been trained in. Every massage is tailored to you and your needs! In addition I close my session with a short sound Bath allowing the body a moment to let the massage settle in and the frequency wash over and clean the body.
